Eucharistic Pilgrimage
- At the end of the National Eucharistic Congress last year, Bishop Cozzens announced there would be a National Eucharistic Pilgrimage from Indianapolis to Los Angeles in 2025. Upon being asked, Bishop Hicks gratefully accepted the honor for the Diocese of Joliet to be the first Diocese on the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage St. Katharine Drexel Route. The Diocese of Joliet will receive the Eucharist from the Pilgrims and Chaplains coming from a Mass in Indianapolis, IN on Sunday, May 18 and we will present the Eucharist to the Diocese of Peoria at St. Patrick Parish in Seneca, IL on Monday May 19.
